By accessing newjerseycouture.com, placing an order, booking an appointment, or purchasing merchandise from New Jersey Couture, you agree to the terms and policies applicable to your transaction.
New Jersey Couture operates a physical boutique in Westwood, New Jersey, as well as the website newjerseycouture.com.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, prices, photographs, and availability accurately.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, manufacturer images, device screens, and display settings.
Product availability, colors, sizes, designer availability, and estimated delivery times may change.
New Jersey Couture reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, availability errors, or product-information errors when discovered.
ORDERS
Online orders may be subject to verification and product availability before fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
ONLINE AND IN-STORE PURCHASES
The sales channel where the original transaction was completed determines the applicable return policy.
Purchases completed through newjerseycouture.com are governed by the Online Purchase Policy.
Online purchases may qualify for store credit only according to our Return Policy. Online purchases are not eligible for normal exchanges or refunds to the original payment method.
Purchases completed and paid for inside the New Jersey Couture boutique are governed by the In-Store Purchase Policy.
Eligible in-store purchases may qualify for exchange only. In-store purchases do not qualify for store credit or refunds.
Picking up an online order at the boutique does not convert the transaction into an in-store purchase.
Returning an online order to the boutique does not convert the transaction into an in-store purchase.
SHIPPING AND PICKUP
Shipping and in-store pickup are governed by the New Jersey Couture Shipping Policy.
FINAL SALE AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Final Sale, clearance, altered, customized, special-order, made-to-order, or other merchandise identified as restricted may have additional return or exchange limitations disclosed at the time of purchase.

Customers may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
