NEW JERSEY COUTURE SHIPPING POLICY

New Jersey Couture currently offers the following shipping options for eligible U.S. orders:

- Free U.S. ground shipping on orders over $249
- $9.95 flat-rate U.S. ground shipping on orders under $249
- Free in-store pickup at our Westwood, New Jersey boutique

IN-STORE PICKUP

Customers may select free in-store pickup when available.

An order placed through newjerseycouture.com remains an online purchase even when the customer selects in-store pickup.

Online orders picked up at the boutique remain subject to the Online Purchase Policy.

SHIPPING TIMES

Order processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, designer availability, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside New Jersey Couture's reasonable control.

Any delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact New Jersey Couture as quickly as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for normal approved online returns.

Original shipping and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by New Jersey Couture or otherwise required by applicable law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact New Jersey Couture promptly with the order number and photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
